Kiros was a prolific songwriter and singer who brought Tigrigna music to a wider audience, including non-Tigrinya speaking Ethiopians, through his popular albums. Some of his well-known songs include "Anguay Fises," "Filili," "Selam Hawa," "Suwur Fikri," and "Adey Mekele." The late Kiros also collaborated with artists from other Middle Eastern countries, expanding his musical reach. In recognition of his incredible contributions, he was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Odda Awards. His family accepted the award on his behalf and expressed their heartfelt gratitude.
